We want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, here is everything you need to know:

Return Conditions
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at kurageclothes@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service to avoid lost packages.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
